ansible host syntax 1 ip 2 ports (5 stars) SIMPLE SIMPLE SIMPLE

For someone who knows ansible - this should be easy -

I have one IP and 2 ports - each of the ports is for a different server, so how can syntax this in the hosts file or what do you recommend ? this does only one server
