Wordpress development environment setup

Issue: I need to create a development environment.. to fix that issue It's necessary create a copy exactly from production

I tired: I requested an snapshot of my production wordpress website to my hosting provider. But probably he wasn't installed it good, because when I try to access by browser eg. http://ip, but the nginx server asks me for user and password (wtf?? :/)
