Still Looking for a devops

My web guy said I need a dev op to complete my project he said some other code stuff which I need hate that I have to find another person the finish my project but if this is what I need then I guess I can’t really complain and I have to comply in order to finish so here all the information I have about this project and the detail for your job. I had posted a job before but I forgot about it now I posted on both platforms and see which one gives me better candidates.
Looking for someone who can handle “ you need to tell him that he will deploy a node.js back-end application along with react.js front-end app.
we use mongoDB so you have to install it locally in the server.
he will be able to change .env variables like DB link and api keys” this is everything the web guy said
