Simple DevOps Help - I misGuided myself somewhere

I am not much of a windows guy
I am trying to Build a Project using Jenkins and Deploy to IIS and I am getting some error while building
< error NETSDK1064: Package Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Analyzers, version 6.0.5 was not found. It might have been deleted since NuGet restore. Otherwise, NuGet restore might have only partially completed, which might have been due to maximum path length restrictions>
