Senior DevOps needed

What is your Kubernetes experience?
We would need somebody very senior who would come to the team as an expert on Kubernetes and specifically EKS.
We would need them to really understand deployment and hosting of services in EKS…how to configure services to use auto-scaling, ensuring 0 downtime deployments and be able to help Dev teams implementing the various flavors of health check probes.
We would need somebody very familiar with Istio Service mesh and how to optimize its configuration.
We need somebody who is an expert in Terraform and if they can be an expert in TerraGrunt flavor of TF all the better.
Somebody with experience with Observability and open tracing standard would also be a great addition.
