On-Prem DevOps Setup Expert - On premises

I need a seasoned DevOps professional to turn our bare-metal, on-prem environment into a fully automated, observable and secure platform built on Red Hat Linux.

Scope of work
Server setup and configuration come first: clean installation, networking, hardening, and repeatable provisioning—ideally through Ansible or an equivalent tool. After that, I want a robust CI/CD pipeline that compiles, tests and deploys our internal applications automatically on each commit. Finally, the system must be wrapped in comprehensive monitoring and logging so we can see issues before users do.

Deliverables
• Infrastructure-as-Code that recreates every Red Hat server exactly as configured
• Git-driven pipeline with automated testing, deployment and rollback
• Centralised monitoring, metrics, log aggregation and alerting dashboards
• Clear documentation plus a hand-over session so my team can operate and extend the setup
