CI/CD Pipeline Setup

I'm looking for an experienced DevOps professional to set up a CI/CD pipeline for our project. Currently, we only have a production environment.

Requirements:
- Integrate Development, Staging, and Testing environments.
- Use Git for version control.
- No preference on CI/CD tools; open to your recommendations.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of Git and various CI/CD tools.
- Experience with DevOps practices and environment integration.
