PCI DSS DevOps Engineer
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
You will become part of a small but highly driven DevOps group that owns the full delivery pipeline behind our PCI DSS-compliant platform. Day to day, your mission is to keep the infrastructure humming while making life easier for every developer who ships code.
What success looks like
• CI/CD pipelines built with GitOps principles, delivered through Helm-managed EKS clusters, and tuned for better collaboration across product, QA, and security.
• Infrastructure and deployment processes that satisfy every applicable PCI DSS control without slowing delivery.
• Real-time health and performance insight surfaced in New Relic dashboards, with clearly defined alert thresholds and actionable runbooks.
• Continuous performance optimisation: right-sizing AWS resources, pruning unused services, and automating routine maintenance tasks.
• Clear documentation so that new engineers can ramp up in hours, not days.
Required tech touch-points
AWS (EKS, IAM, VPC, plus any service that makes sense for secure, high-availability workloads)
Helm, GitOps workflows, and modern CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
Monitoring & observability via New Relic, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Loki, etc.
Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code
The role suits someone with 2–5 years of hands-on DevOps experience who enjoys tight feedback loops, automated everything, and the chance to deepen PCI DSS expertise.
I’ll measure progress weekly against the points above and iterate together. Once onboard, you’ll get full context on our existing stack, a knowledge-transfer session with current team members, and immediate commit access so you can ship value from day one.
