I'm looking for a proficient AI expert to execute various performance tests on the OpenAI API. This will involve assessing crucial functions like load tests, response time, another performance parameters and Word Error Rate (WER). See the attached files
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting a comprehensive load test
* Evaluating API response time under various loads
* Assessing the Word Error Rate (WER)
* Set up both the test PC and the target server implemented with a github repo
