I’m looking for a Magento-savvy DevOps engineer who can turn our manual release routine into a push-button GitLab CI/CD pipeline.

Here’s the immediate, streamlined scope:
• Craft a lean .gitlab-ci.yml that installs Composer dependencies, compiles/deploys static content, flushes cache, and restarts services for both staging and production.
• Include a basic rollback step if any job fails.
• Deliver a short read-me showing where to change SSH keys, server paths, and environment variables.

I don’t need server provisioning or deep performance tuning right now—just dependable automation that ships code safely.
