Long Term DevOps Co-Pilot Needed

Job ID: 40168561

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m a DevOps / Cloud Engineer juggling several fast-moving projects on AWS and the workload has outgrown a one-person bench. I want an experienced partner who can drop straight into my day-to-day flow and help me turn tasks around faster while keeping quality high.

Your focus areas will mirror mine: designing and refining CI/CD pipelines, writing and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform, and managing the full AWS stack that powers our services. Expect hands-on DevOps engineering and cloud computing work—everything from automating software deployment to troubleshooting build failures or tweaking IAM policies for tighter security. I frequently lean on GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform Cloud, EKS, Lambda and CloudFormation, so fluency with those (or similar) tools will let you hit the ground running.

Because this is a long-term collaboration, communication matters as much as technical skill. We’ll sync daily, screen-share when needed, and divide tasks so we each own clear deliverables while keeping momentum on:

• CI/CD pipeline improvements (speed, security, reliability)
• Terraform module creation and refactoring for reusable IaC
• AWS environment management across dev, staging and prod
• Continual software delivery optimizations that reduce release friction

I’ll provide access to the repos, existing Terraform state and documentation on day one; you bring the expertise to turn tickets into merged code and green builds. If you thrive on automating everything and enjoy pair-engineering sessions that sharpen ideas in real time, let’s talk.
