Join us as a Senior DevOps Engineer/Linux System Administrator

We’re looking for a Freelance DevOps Engineer to help manage, optimize, and secure our Linux-based infrastructure. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to automate processes, strengthen system reliability, and enhance deployment pipelines.

What You’ll Do:
As a Freelance DevOps Engineer, you’ll take technical ownership of our Linux environments and contribute to a stable, scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
--Infrastructure & Automation
*Manage and optimize Debian/Ubuntu servers for high availability and performance
*Build and maintain Docker-based environments for deployment and scalability
*Use Ansible or other automation tools to streamline configuration and management

--CI/CD & Monitoring:
*Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
*Implement and manage monitoring tools for system health and performance
*Work with virtualization technologies to optimize resource usage

--Security & Reliability:
*Apply best practices for Linux system security and compliance
*Regularly audit servers and configurations to identify and fix vulnerabilities
*Document processes and maintain infrastructure transparency

Requirements:
*5+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator or DevOps Engineer
*Expert in Debian/Ubuntu environments
*Skilled in Docker, Ansible (or similar automation tools), and GitHub Actions
*Strong understanding of monitoring and virtualization technologies
*Proven experience implementing security best practices in Linux systems
*Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work independently
