Istio Service Mesh Proof of Concept -- 2

I am aiming to experiment with Istio service mesh for a proof of concept.

Key Objectives:
- Demonstrate capabilities: I want to understand how Istio can improve our system's security, observability, and traffic management.
- Determine feasibility: The primary goal of this project is to assess if Istio is a good fit for our system in the long term.

Key Requirements:
- Traffic routing and load balancing: I need a freelancer who can help me set up and demonstrate how Istio can efficiently route traffic and balance loads across the system.
- Circuit breaking and fault tolerance: We want to see how Istio can help improve the system's reliability and resilience.
- Security policies and access control: Security is a top priority, so I'm looking for someone experienced in setting up Istio to manage security effectively.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Istio and service mesh architecture.
- Understanding of microservices and cloud-native application development.
- Strong knowledge of network security, access control, and traffic management.
- Previous work on POCs or similar trials is a plus.
