Increase pod CPU from 1 to 4 in Google Kubernetes Engine(GKE)

I have a pod in GKE which has 1 CPU metric but I need it to be updated to 4 CPUs. As it's a straight forward task, the total amount I can pay is CAD 15$ to finish this task.
