High Traffic WordPress Hosting and Optimization

I need a skilled DevOps professional to host my high traffic WordPress website.
Key Points:
- The website currently hosts over 350,000 articles.
- The number of visitors per month has dropped to 550,000 from over 1 million.
- I have no preference for the hosting platform.
Your Experience:
- You should have experience in hosting high traffic websites, with a special focus on WordPress.
- Experience in working with large databases and content management systems is a plus.
- You should be able to optimize the website for speed and performance, considering the drop in the number of visitors.
- You don't need to provide SEO services, as I am only looking for hosting and performance optimization.
- Need to work with us to transition the existing server to a well load balanced, high performance server.
Currently we face issues such as MySQL database using a lot of CPU or PHP taking up memory and thereby, users cannot visit site. Even we get Error 500 when trying to save Elementor Pages. We also plan to have a mobile app connecting to this site via REST API.
So we need an experienced WordPress DevOps with experience in handling such projects, and also help sin keeping an optimized pricing.
