Fixed time project fr setting up CICD in GCP with react and Docker

We have a react and Node JS project deployed among three different environments: TEST STAGE and PROD. I need your help setting up the CICD so that a developer can push the code GIT after added restrictions code should move to GCP and get automatically deployed. And with some hooks, that image should get deployed to Stage and PROD.
