Experienced Systems Administrator/DevOps Engineer Needed - Proxmox/OpenSense/Nextcloud

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance Systems Administrator/DevOps Engineer to manage and enhance our dedicated server infrastructure. Your profile indicates that you may have the specific expertise we require.

Our environment is built upon the following core technologies and competencies. We need an expert with proven, hands-on experience in these areas:

- Virtualization & Containers: Management and scaling of Proxmox VE, Docker, and Kubernetes on Hetzner Dedicated Servers.

- Cybersecurity & Firewall: Building and managing high-security solutions with pfSense/OPNsense, including advanced VPN and Intrusion Detection configurations.
Secure Cloud Collaboration: Deployment, hardening, and administration of Nextcloud Hub for complete data sovereignty.

- DevOps & CI/CD Automation: Optimizing deployment processes through custom CI/CD pipelines, specifically with GitLab.

- Web Performance & System Hardening: Performance tuning and securing of web services (Nginx/Apache) across Linux, Windows, and macOS.

- High Availability & Monitoring: Ensuring 24/7 operations through proactive monitoring and robust disaster recovery strategies.
