End-to-End App Server Migration, app store testing

Job ID: 40556879

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I am moving my production environment to a freshly provisioned Droplet on DigitalOcean and need the entire mobile stack (Android + iOS + admin panel) to follow along smoothly. You will start by spinning up the new server, hardening it, and configuring it for the application. I already have full access credentials and all current configuration files, so nothing should block you from replicating settings, ports, SSL, environment variables, and any services the app relies on.

Once the server is live, the codebase (mobile apps and admin panel) must be reviewed so every hard-coded or referenced endpoint is pointed to the new domain/IP. That includes .env files, API base URLs, and any build-time constants. When you are confident all calls route correctly, compile a clean Android build, then upload it to a Closed Testing track in Google Play Console for 12 designated testers and keep the track active for 14 days. For iOS, build the updated binary in Xcode and submit it through App Store Connect as an app update.

Deliverables
• DigitalOcean server provisioned, secured, and fully configured for the app
• Codebase cleaned of old URLs and redeployed
• Android APK/AAB uploaded to Google Play Closed Testing (12 testers, 14-day window)
• iOS build submitted to App Store for review
• Final verification that admin panel ↔ backend ↔ mobile apps communicate flawlessly on the new server, with a brief handover report describing key configuration points and any next-step recommendations

Feel free to reference common DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines) if they speed up the workflow, but plain-vanilla provisioning is fine too—the main priority is zero downtime and a clean, testable migration.
