DevOps Training for Project Deployment
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My small development team is gearing up for a new product launch and we need an experienced DevOps coach to guide us through every stage—from first deployment to painless redeployment and day-to-day database management.
Key focus areas
• CI/CD: We’ll be standardising on GitLab CI, so the sessions must cover pipeline design, automated testing, security scans and versioned, rollback-friendly releases.
• Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation is our chosen tool; I want the team to leave the training with reusable templates that spin up, update and tear down our environments with a single commit.
• Containerisation & Orchestration: We already containerise most services; now we need best-practice workflows for image creation, registry management and multi-service orchestration that dovetails neatly with the GitLab pipelines above.
Deliverables
1. A short syllabus outlining each live or recorded session.
2. Hands-on labs or demo projects that mirror our stack, ending in a fully automated GitLab CI pipeline deploying CloudFormation-managed infrastructure.
3. Deployment playbooks covering blue/green, rolling and emergency rollback strategies, plus routines for database migrations and restores.
4. A final Q&A or troubleshooting clinic to ensure the team can run solo.
The engagement can be spread over multiple half-day sessions or compressed into an intensive workshop—whichever fits your teaching style. All material must be shareable for future reference.
If you have a proven track record training small teams on GitLab CI and CloudFormation and can back it up with clear, practical examples, I’d love to hear your approach and timeline.
