DevOps Lead: CI/CD & AWS Migration

I’m ready to move a small set of on-prem applications into AWS and need an experienced DevOps lead to get the essentials in place.

• We pre-review AWS Account architectural diagram for an app team as part of requesting new AWS Account
• We guide app team to get AWS Account created
• For new AWS accounts, we provision/bootstrap initial mandatory AWS resources (VPC, subnets, route tables, etc.) so that app team can start provisioning their App Env

IAC and Application CICD Framework
• We enable Application Team to quickly setup their Application Env in AWS using IAC
• For Application Code CICD, we have template-based App CICD framework which enables App Team to manage, build, and deploy the code in their Dev and Release environments
• Blue Green Deployments support
• Feature Based Temp Environment support to test feature developed by individual independently without waiting for common dev shared environment

Confluent Kafka
• We setup Confluent Kafka topics for app team and provide its API and access keys to produce and consume
• We help App team to troubleshoot connectivity issue in producing or consuming messages to their app-configured topics

FinOps Cost Optimization for AWS account
• We help App Team in optimizing their AWS Resources uses and hence helping them to reduce AWS unnecessary spending cost
• We provide AWS spending, saving and forecasting detail to MS management team
