All tasks have strict acceptance criteria ("Done when"). Quality is not the variable — price is.

REQUIREMENT: Developers must use parallel agentic coding tools (Opencode, Claudecode, or similar). Traditional manual coding is NOT allowed. If you do not use agentic development tools, do not apply.
