DevOps Engineer for Crypto Lending Platform

We’re building a decentralized crypto loan platform based on Compound III — https://rocko.co — and we’re looking for a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to join our fast-paced, remote-first team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure to support blockchain dApps.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smart contracts and frontend applications.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage Ethereum nodes, or integrate with node providers (Infura, Alchemy).
- Implement secure and efficient smart contract deployment automation (e.g., Hardhat, Foundry).
- Manage and optimize IPFS / Filecoin / S3 storage layers for off-chain data.
- Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, LogDNA).
- Maintain and improve infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Collaborate with developers to support rapid deployment cycles while ensuring system reliability and security.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in DevOps, particularly in Web3 and crypto environments
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with CI/CD tools and security protocols
