DevOps Engineer for Chatbot/Voice Automation

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to own and scale the infrastructure behind a mission-critical chatbot and voice automation platform that processes millions of calls per day using Twilio.

This role is focused on reliability, scalability, low-latency systems, and cost-efficient operations. You will work closely with backend, AI, and product teams to ensure our real-time voice and messaging systems remain stable under extreme load.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate high-availability infrastructure for voice/chatbot systems at massive scale

Manage and optimize Twilio-based voice and messaging workflows

Build and maintain cloud-native infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and failover strategies

Ensure low latency for real-time voice, STT, TTS, and LLM integrations

Containerize services using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes

Implement CI/CD pipelines for rapid and safe deployments

Monitor system health using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar

Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and uptime SLAs

Optimize cloud and Twilio costs without impacting performance

Enforce security best practices (secrets management, IAM, network security)

Support deployments across multiple regions

Required Skills & Experience
Core DevOps

5+ years of experience as a DevOps / Platform / SRE Engineer

Strong Linux system administration background

Experience with Kubernetes (production scale)

Infrastructure as Code: Terraform / Pulumi / CloudFormation
