DevOps Deployment Automation & Optimization
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need assistance building an end-to-end DevOps workflow that takes our code from commit to production on Alibaba Cloud with as little human intervention as possible. Today our releases are still semi-manual; they slow us down and occasionally introduce configuration drift. The goal is to speed up release cycles, minimize deployment errors, and guarantee consistent environments every single time.
Tooling isn’t prescribed—I’m open to any mainstream solution. If Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, or something entirely different is the best fit, I’m happy to adopt it as long as it integrates cleanly with Alibaba Cloud’s services.
What I expect you to deliver:
• A fully automated CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins—your call) that deploys seamlessly across dev, staging, and production
• Infrastructure-as-Code templates for all Alibaba Cloud resources so environments can be recreated from scratch
• Built-in health checks, logging, and alerting for rapid rollback and recovery
• Performance tuning recommendations that keep latency low and uptime high
• Clear documentation and a brief hand-over session so my team can maintain the setup
Acceptance criteria:
1. A single commit triggers a reliable, zero-touch production release with rollback capability.
2. A fresh environment can be stood up from code in under 30 minutes.
3. Deployment-related failures trend toward zero over the first month of live use.
