Configure a Kubernetes cloud instance and the Devstats github repo

Job ID: 30721853

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

Hi. I would like to hire someone to install Devstats (https://github.com/cncf/devstats) on a Kubernetes instance for me.

I have an https://cloud.okteto.com/ account - if that can be used? Feel free to give me suggestions for other kubernetes hosting (ideally free).

About DevStats: Devstats is designed to run on Kubernetes and it includes Grafana. DevStats is a service that takes data from git and GitHub Archive and turns it into graphs reporting community activity. It organizes and displays project data using Grafana dashboards

https://github.com/cncf/devstats

Example of the dashboard it creates: https://github.com/cncf/devstats/blob/master/DASHBOARDS.md

I think I need to give you a list of organisations because it looks like many dashboards use "Repository group" drop-down and repository groups are defined manually to group similar repositories into single projects.

The README says "There are some groups of repositories that are grouped together as a repository groups. They are defined in https://github.com/cncf/devstats/blob/master/scripts/kubernetes/repo_groups.sql .

To setup default repository groups:

PG_PASS=pwd ./kubernetes/setup_repo_groups.sh.

This is a part of kubernetes/psql.sh script and kubernetes psql dump already has groups configured."

I need this pretty urgently for an sales pitch for my boss - if you can do this in the next 24 hours that would be a massive life saver. Please give me a fixed price quote. Thank you!

DELIVERABLES

- Create Kubernetes cloud instance (must have)
- Install and configure DevStats repo to run (must have)
- Configure the repo_groups.sql with the list of Github organisations (must have)
- I'd also like to be shown how/where I would edit repo_groups.sql myself for future edits (nice to have)
