Centralized Image Pipeline Automation Project

I'm seeking an experienced DevOps specialist to lead the implementation of our Centralized Image Pipeline.
Project Scope:

Build dual-repository GitLab CI/CD pipeline architecture
Implement Packer-based image builds with centralized Ansible configuration
Deploy QCOW2 images to Platform9 across multiple regions

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement GitLab CI/CD pipelines with automated triggers
Configure Packer templates for Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL, Rocky, Alma) and Windows systems
Set up Rego policy validation for .pkr.json configuration files
Integrate centralized Ansible repository for consistent role management
Establish Platform9 API integration for automated image deployment
Implement HashiCorp Vault for secure credential management

Technical Requirements:

Advanced GitLab CI/CD pipeline development and GitLab Runner configuration
HashiCorp Packer and Terraform proficiency for infrastructure automation
Ansible automation with enterprise-scale role management
Platform9 API integration and multi-region deployment strategies
Docker containerization for isolated build environments
Experience with enterprise infrastructure supporting thousands of VMs


Infrastructure Setup:
Configure isolated build networks with dedicated GitLab runners
Implement automated ISO downloading and image validation processes
Set up multi-region replication and cloud-init integration
Create testing frameworks for image validation and deployment verification
