Building a deleted Argo CI workflow template in Argocd

I have a Argocd pipeline where in my CI there were some workflow templates which will run whenever we make some changes to the code. Unfortunately, one of the workflow template was deleted and now we're unable to run the pipeline whenever we made changes to the code.

I am looking for someone who has knowledge in building Argocd pipeline. We have template code for that particular workflow template. I would like to pay 15$ to finish this task.
