Build and launch AI-powered PMS engine with an already built React frontend and AI integration on Replit

1. DevOps Engineer (Short-term: 1–2 weeks)
Goal: Migrate backend from Replit to a cloud server and set up deployment pipelines.
Key Tasks:
* Set up cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, Azure, or DigitalOcean)
* Manage environment variables (MOODLE_TOKEN, BASE_URL, etc.)
* Configure CI/CD pipeline
* Set up basic monitoring and security
* Deploy backend APIs and connect to frontend

2. Backend Developer (Full-stack preferred) (Short-term or part-time ongoing)
Goal: Build/extend middleware, backend logic, and AI integrations.
Key Tasks:
* Refactor or rewrite backend APIs from Replit for cloud deployment
* Build/maintain AI pipelines for skill and goal generation
* Connect to LMS APIs (e.g., Moodle, Coursera)
* Ensure scalable and secure architecture

3. Frontend React Developer (Short-term: 2–5 days)
Goal: Hook up frontend to new backend and polish UI where needed.
Key Tasks:
* Connect to new APIs (auth, goals, skills, learning)
* Update any broken UI logic from migration
* Build minor frontend enhancements (optional)
* Prepare frontend for production deployment (e.g., via Vercel or Netlify)
