Bitbucket/Jira database backup

We have a server-based Bitbucket/Jira server (Linux) running very smoothly. We are looking to practice a disaster drill to backup the database and restore it. Basically all we need is someone very familiar with Bitbucket/Jira who can assist us by know exactly what files in what folder to archive and then restore them back.
