Azure DevOps Setup and Optimization

I am seeking an Azure DevOps expert to assist in setting up and optimizing our DevOps environment from scratch. My primary focus is on establishing a robust CI/CD pipeline and implementing effective monitoring and reporting strategies. Additionally, I require assistance with Azure Boards and Azure Repos to manage and track our development projects efficiently.

Key Requirements:
- Setup and configure CI/CD pipelines for web applications, mobile applications, and microservices.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and reporting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Utilize Azure Boards for project management and Azure Repos for source control.
- Provide guidance and best practices for a seamless DevOps workflow.

- Proven expertise in Azure DevOps services, particularly in CI/CD pipeline setup and monitoring.
