Azure DevOps Migration & CI/CD Setup

We're looking for a skilled DevOps professional to assist with the end-to-end migration and setup of production repositories and CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps. This involves migrating repositories for 2 applications and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the process.
Scope of Work:
Repository Assessment
Evaluate the current repository structure, commit history, and size.
Azure DevOps Setup
Set up the Azure DevOps environment and configure repositories.
Repository Migration
Migrate production repositories of 2 applications into Azure DevOps.
Review & Align
Ensure naming conventions, branch strategies, and access mappings follow standards.
Sanity Checks
Perform a quick sanity check post-migration to ensure everything works as expected.
Access Control Validation
Ensure proper permissions and access controls are in place.
CI/CD Pipeline Setup
Set up Build and Release (CI/CD) pipelines using best practices.
Stakeholder Testing & Validation
Collaborate with stakeholders for testing and validation.
Knowledge Transfer (KT)
Conduct a KT session explaining the repo migration process and CI/CD setup for future application migrations.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Azure DevOps
Hands-on expertise in repo migrations and CI/CD pipeline configurations
Strong understanding of git workflows and branch strategies
Excellent communication skills for KT sessions and stakeholder collaboration
