Argo CI pipeline issue

I have an application which was running successfully until yesterday. Our Argo CI pipeline is not working properly, as it is unable to create pod in GKE, probable because of persistent volume as we made some changes to it.

I am looking for a devops person who has working experience with Argo pipeline, GKE, GCP, persisent volume creation.
