Seeking an AWS DevOps Expert for ECS Deployments and On-Call Guidance. Your expertise will ensure seamless scaling of our existing ECS clusters with new services for image/video hosting and a vector database supporting our AI knowledge base.
Project Overview
Our team at Ginox manages multiple ECS services on AWS and needs to expand with reliable deployments for media storage/processing and vector DB integration (e.g., Milvus or AWS-native options like OpenSearch). An expert will join live calls to lead deployments, preventing errors and accelerating rollout.
Key Responsibilities
Review current ECS setup and orchestrate additions for image/video hosting (using S3, ECS Fargate) and vector database (e.g., on ECS/EKS with best practices for scalability).
Conduct on-call sessions with our team to manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring (CloudWatch), and security (IAM, VPC).
Optimize for cost, auto-scaling, and high availability, including IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation.
Required Expertise
Proven AWS ECS/Fargate experience, including container orchestration for media and databases.
Familiarity with vector DBs on AWS (Milvus, OpenSearch, MemoryDB) and RAG/AI use cases.
Strong on-call collaboration skills for real-time guidance; AWS certifications preferred.
