Operations Manager experience with Project Management

We are looking for Operation Manager with project management experience for long term basis,Initially it would be 15 hours a week than would extend to full time depending on your performance.Rt Starting with Rate:5$/hour

Work Experience:
1] 1-year experience working as operations manager in online product development/service company [Ecommerce company experience is not valid]
2] 2-year experience as project manager
Working time schedule:
Must be full-time freelancer
Available for work & communication at 11 AM to 3 PM IST

1] Operation organization & management
2] Small project management
Responsibility:
Handling the company operations
Create Process & system whenever its required
Project management.
Preferred language : English and Hindi
