Datastage job

I need a datastage parallel job to be developed to compare two dataset files A and B each file consisting of 40 columns including billing number and paid date as a 2 column names. I need the job to filter out two output datasets files named as matched and unmatched based on billing number column . In file B the paid date column fields should be updated for matched records with the paid date field columns of file A . It simultaneously need to perform some counting tasks. for more detailed description please check attachments.
