IT Support Needed
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
ENGLISH SPEAKER REQUIRED:
Due to an increase in workload I require a pair of helping hands to provide 1st/2nd line remote technical support. This job involves working 1:30PM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday solving tickets on the ticketing system and answering a few calls, password resets, folder permission shares, printer installs, desktop issues etc.
The reason for looking for a English speaker is due to answering calls in English myself and I need someone who sounds English like myself due to my client needing to believe it is me.
This is a job that will go on for at least 3 months upto 12 months. Looking for someone ASAP.
