On-Site Hardware Support Clerkenwell
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I need an experienced desktop support engineer who can come to our Clerkenwell office and get a couple of stubborn hardware issues sorted out quickly. The problems are limited to Windows-based desktop computers and the printers / scanners attached to them—no network gear is involved.
Your day on site will revolve around:
• Diagnosing and repairing two Windows desktops that intermittently power down
• Restoring full functionality to our shared printer-scanner (paper jams and driver conflicts)
• Verifying everything boots, prints, and scans reliably, then documenting the fixes so we can keep things running
Bring whatever diagnostic software or small parts you typically use; we have basic spares and driver downloads ready. Once the machines and the multi-function printer are stable, a short hand-over note outlining what you did and any future recommendations will complete the engagement.
