Set Up Synced PC & Devices

I’m ready to buy a new Windows-based desktop for my small business, but I want the whole workstation—desktop, existing laptop, and cell phone—to work in unison before I pull the trigger.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A clear recommendation (or shortlist) for a Windows desktop that will comfortably run everyday office programs and keep pace with routine email and printing tasks.
• Guided, hands-on help getting my Yahoo Mail account fully synced so the inbox and folders mirror perfectly on the new desktop, my current Windows laptop, and my phone. IMAP settings, security, and any required app installs all need to be covered.
• Reinstallation and testing of two existing printers (Inkjet and All-in-One). Both have to print from the new desktop and the laptop without hiccups.
• Mobile printing enabled from my phone—whether through the manufacturer’s app, Wi-Fi Direct, or another reliable solution—so I can send documents to either printer while I’m away from the desk.
I’m happy to provide remote access or follow step-by-step instructions—whichever you prefer—to make sure everything is configured correctly and tested live. Once we finish, I should be able to sit down at any of the three devices, see the same Yahoo Mail view, and hit “Print” without thinking twice.
