Perth On-Site Hardware Diagnosis

I need a technician who can swing past a site at Perth International Airport as soon as possible and confirm why a custom-built NAS/PC refuses to power up. The whole visit should take no more than 15–30 minutes.
What you’ll actually do
• Open the case, check every power connection and header
• Test the existing PSU with a tester or known-good replacement
• Verify the 24-pin and CPU power feeds on the motherboard
• Tell me, with evidence, whether the fault lies in the PSU or the board
Deliverables
• Short video or clear photos taken during the check
• A brief note (text message is fine) stating your conclusion
