I am looking for an experienced technician to visit an office in Toronto, ON. At minimum, we need to run Dell hardware diagnostics and replace a DisplayPort cable. Depending on the results, we may need to dig deeper. While there will be someone onsite to accommodate you, your communication with me and my team will be over the phone or a video call. We may also need to conference with Dell ProSuppoprt. This opportunity requires an onsite visit.
The right professional must be skillful and knowledgeable in PC hardware, software, and networking. An ability to work independently is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze, diagnose, and resolve any issues with the hardware or software in question.
