Fix Inbuilt Microphone Issue

I need help troubleshooting and fixing a hardware issue with my desktop. The inbuilt microphone speaker is not producing any sound If i connect my earphone then sound is not coming to my earphone .Also If I try to attend any meeting on Microsoft Team the neither my sound is audible to them also I am not able to listen them via earphone.However sound coming direct from PC but not coming to my earphone.
