P.AI.nter desktop pet

I'm looking for a talented developer to create a desktop pet for my second monitor, inspired by P.AI.nter from Pressure on Roblox. This pet should be compatible with Windows and have the ability to interact with me through voice commands and mouse gestures. I envision it having a unique personality that reflects P.AI.nter, even if the voice isn't replicated exactly. His face should also change depending on what his tone is when your speaking to him (you can basically just rip the face textures from somewhere)

Key Requirements:
- Develop a desktop pet compatible with Windows
- Design the pet to resemble P.AI.nter from Pressure on Roblox
- Enable interaction through voice commands and mouse gestures
- Program the pet to draw pre-determined images at the center of its screen every few minutes
