I need a desktop application

HELLO

I want to create a Software who search through spotify / apple music / youtube to identify a song? But not only one song especially every song who used a certain instrumental.

So if i made a instrumental on Youtube i try to find out who used my instrumental i can load my beat into the Software and it Shows me every song who used my beat there.

there is a Service on a platform called "beat id" from beatstars where you can find Songs who used your beats on soundcloud for example. But i need to See Artist using my beats on Spotify. And not like shazam who Shows only 1 Song especially the Software should shown a list Form every Artist/ Song who the best was used

NOTE: This is will be for personal use and this will be desktop application.
