I need a Desktop App developer

The app is going to be a minimal EHR for small hospitals and clinics. Should have functions for viewing appointments, login patients records and printing. Figma designs included. A previous project exists but is in Kotlin Compose for desktop, but can start from scratch. Not all features needed, and can be replaced with a coming soon screen. Any Techstack, but with a recognizable community, for project continuity
