Windows Soundtrack Jukebox with Custom UI

i need a desktop application for a jukebox, i have soundtrack subscrtion, so you need to find a way to make a overlay that works with soundtrack in background, so the program will act as a jukebox program, with making quing searched tracks and so on, and with virtual keyboard for touch screen, this need to be implemented with soundtrack in either their desktop program or their web based system, so basic a new a new program with jukebox style looking taking info and being able to serach from soundtracks program or wenbased system, allso implementing top tack lists most poplular songs and so on....write only if you are really good at this, ill think soundtrack allso have some kind of api, you need to search for this budget is 500-1000 usd for the right guy or woman :) looking forwrad to hear from you....write obiwan so i know you did read the full text
