Windows Desktop Ap to Scrape Twitter

I would like a windows 10 desktop ap as follows. I input a Twitter account name. It creates a directory containing a jpeg of the account heading and for every available tweet created by the account, a directory containing the tweet and all of its replies (and replies to replies) including media attached.
