Windows Data Management Desktop App
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
I’m looking for a developer who can build a Windows-only desktop application focused on streamlined data management.
Core goals
• Import, edit, search, and export structured data (CSV, Excel, or SQL—whichever you recommend for stability).
• Intuitive, modern UI with sortable tables, filters, and basic reporting.
• Local database or embedded engine (SQLite or LiteDB are fine) so the tool runs offline without extra installs.
• Simple role-based login to keep records protected.
Scope I expect
1. A functional prototype demonstrating the full data-flow.
2. Clean, well-commented source code in C#, Java, or another Windows-friendly language we agree on.
3. Installation package and brief setup guide.
4. Quick user manual that shows the main workflows.
Nice-to-have (not mandatory)
– Basic export to PDF.
– Light theming/dark mode toggle.
I’ll test on Windows 10 and 11. Please outline your preferred tech stack, timeline, and any similar desktop apps you’ve delivered.
