Urgent C++ Desktop App Development

You should be comfortable building a modern C++17 (or newer) code-base and creating a smooth desktop GUI—Qt, wxWidgets, native Win32, or another toolkit you recommend are all fine, as long as the final result feels polished and runs reliably. Clean architecture, clear documentation, and maintainable code are important to me because this project may evolve after the first release.
Deliverables I expect:
• Compiled desktop installer or portable executable
• Complete, well-commented source code
• A short build/read-me so I can reproduce the binary myself
