The program should mirror the functionality of KW Hotel, with a user-friendly, minimal, and modern interface. Key features include guest registration (with highly customizable fields), basic room management functionality, check-in and check-out dates, total price calculations, and options to add, edit, or delete guest records. A simple database solution, such as SQLite or a local file, is required to store data securely.

The application must include an admin login (username and password) to ensure controlled access. Stability and offline performance are crucial; no online integrations or web versions are necessary.
