Stock trading application written in Delphi

I'm seeking an experienced Delphi developer to further develop and debug a financial processing (stock trade) desktop application for Windows.

Key requirements:
- Develop on Windows platform
- Application using socket api to get price feed from broker and evaluate price and execute trade opportunities in a structured way based on complex criterias and conditions
- Application is well structured and developed by professional developer using Rad Studio and other Delphi based components

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Delphi programming
- Experience with financial applications
- Strong understanding of Delphi VCL, Socket API, Interbase, Virtual Treeview, Teechart, Socketprotocols,Windows API
- Multithreading

The application is built by professional developers and very well structured
